Liability for contents
We prepared the contents of our pages with utmost care. We cannot, however, guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and topicality of the contents. According to § 7 para. 1 TMG (Telemediengesetz – German Telemedia Act), we as the service provider are liable for our own contents on these pages according to general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we as the service provider, however, are not obligated to monitor the transmitted or stored external information or to search for factors that indicate an illegal act. The obligation to remove or block the use of information according to general laws is not affected hereby. A respective liability is, however, only feasible from the time we become aware of a concrete infringement of the law. As soon as respective infringements of the law are made known to us, we will delete these contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites whose contents are beyond our control. This is why we cannot accept liability for these external contents. Responsibility for the contents of the linked pages is always held by the provider or operator of the pages. At the time of the link creation, the linked pages were scrutinised for possible violations. At that time, illegal contents were not noticeable. Constant control of the contents of the linked pages is not justifiable without concrete evidence of a violation. Should violations become known, such links will be immediately removed.
The contents and work compiled by the operators of these pages are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, processing, distribution, and any form of use exceeding the copyright law require the written permission of the respective author or originator. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the contents of this page were not compiled by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, the contents of third parties are marked as such.
Should you nonetheless notice a copyright infringement, we would ask you to please point it out to us. At the point where infringements of law become known to us, we will immediately delete such contents.
In general, our website can be used without the giving of personal data. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. We point out that the data transmission in the internet (e.g. when communicating via e-mail) can have security gaps. An unbroken protection from third-party access to the data is not possible.
We explicitly object to the use of the contact data within the masthead by a third party for the sending of unsolicited ads and information material. The operator of the pages reserves the right to explicit legal steps in case of the sending of unsolicited advertising material, e.g. via spam mails.
The use in the context of the legal notice obligation published contact data by third parties to send unsolicited advertisements and information materials is hereby explicitly excluded. The site operators reserve the right to take legal action in case of unsolicited promotional information, such as spam e-mails.
